Your choice of image is very good and I like your choice of fonts for your masthead. Maybe Bolder would have worked better as a name? I get it, but I'm not sure the pun works. Perhaps if you had had a strapline it would have anchored the meaning of the pun. I think for a magazine like this, that sort of thing works well. The quotations works well to attract the audience, and content like the Plus section is also sound, but you need a few more features on the cover and to really consider the effectiveness of the placement of your sell lines. At the moment they feel a bit plonked. On your next piece look really carefully at where the sell lines fit in relation to images within your research and try to replicate it.
